“Effective leadership isn’t just about setting direction; it’s about building shared ways for teams to make decisions, communicate, and work together toward a common outcome.”
– Rach SebellShavit, founder of HELM365
Most leaders don’t struggle because they lack talent.
They struggle because the mechanics of teamwork break down under pressure.
-
- Decisions stall.
- Conversations go in circles.
- Delegation slips back into control.
Over time, leaders begin carrying more and more of the thinking, coordination, and tensions that their teams should share.
That pattern drains capacity — at work, at home, and in health.
My work focuses on helping leaders rebuild leadership systems that perform without requiring them to carry everything themselves.
“Rach methodically and with empathy helped me unlock my strengths.
She also helped me to resolve roadblocks and fears, and truly value experience and accomplishments. Outside of the time we spent together, I was also provided with tools and exercises to practice in the time between to continually grow over six months. I have been bolder and more purposeful in my desire to grow to higher levels.”

Founder, HELM365
Hi, I’m Rach SebellShavit, a Leadership Sustainability Coach and the founder of HELM365.
Nearly half of U.S. working adults report daily stress. In leadership, that stress rarely comes from a lack of talent. More often, it comes from leaders carrying decisions and tensions their teams should share.
I coach Directors and VPs who feel stretched too thin. Together, we strengthen how decisions and delegation happen and address the stress patterns that erode energy so ownership shifts into the team and leadership becomes sustainable.
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked across Boston’s technology and nonprofit sectors, including HubSpot, iboss, Klaviyo, and AceUp. For over a decade, I’ve coached leaders navigating growth, complexity, and the realities of team dynamics in organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies across six continents.
My background bridges creative practice, business strategy, and coaching. I hold a BFA in Ceramics from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) and an MBA from Babson College, and I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with certifications in both leadership coaching and health and wellness coaching.
My work blends operational experience with structured coaching and facilitation. I integrate evidence-based leadership assessments such as the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, and Predictive Index with hands-on thinking methods like LEGO® Serious Play® to make thinking visible and decisions more durable.
Your Partner in Leadership Sustainability
Leadership sustainability rarely improves through advice alone. It improves when leaders can see the patterns shaping their decisions, conversations, and ways of working.
My role is to help make those patterns visible.
In some cases, that work happens through 1:1 leadership coaching. In others, it happens through facilitated team sessions that help groups examine how they make decisions, navigate disagreement, and share ownership.
Through coaching and facilitated sessions, I help leaders slow down long enough to understand what is actually driving the friction they are experiencing—whether that shows up as stalled decisions, repeated conversations, unclear ownership, or energy slowly draining away.
I often use diagnostic tools and leadership assessments, including Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, and Predictive Index, alongside structured facilitation methods like LEGO® Serious Play® to surface patterns that traditional discussion alone can miss.
From there, we focus on root causes, not just symptoms.
Together we design practical ways of working that strengthen how decisions, delegation, and collaboration happen day to day, while also rebuilding the habits and structures that protect leaders’ energy, focus, and wellbeing.
The result is clearer decisions, stronger ownership, and leadership systems that continue to function even under pressure—allowing leaders to regain the time, energy, and capacity required to sustain both their work and their lives.

Why The Name HELM365?
My Grandpa Norman was an avid sailor and one of the smartest people I will ever know. As the first-gen of an immigrant family, he passed on to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, the importance of hard work, accountability to others, and honor. Sailing with him taught me something fundamental about leadership and life:
We don’t reach our goals by going from point A to point B in a straight line. Like a sailboat tacking in the wind, we have to adjust, adapt, and stay aware of the shifting conditions around us.
Leadership is the same way. It requires resilience, adaptability, and the ability to navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
HELM365 is for leaders tacking their way through life and leadership, adjusting their sails while staying committed to their destination.
That’s why I do what I do – because I believe leaders and their teams deserve the tools, insights, and support to navigate the winds of change and reach their full potential.
