LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Training
For Coaches, Facilitators, and Educators
Learn to facilitate thinking that turns challenges into something teams can see, discuss, and act on.
When change hits, most teams react with defensiveness, confusion, and disengagement.
Imagine having a tool that brings everyone into the conversation and improves decision-making.
HELM365’s LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Training is an immersive, hands-on program for coaches, facilitators, and educators who want to guide individuals and teams through complexity with structure, clarity, and confidence.
Over the course of this LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Training program, participants learn how to design and lead sessions that turn thinking into visible LEGO® models and support conversations that lead to insights and lasting change.
Real change doesn’t happen in slide decks.
Change is the product of quality conversations that bring others along. HELM365’s LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Training equips participants with tools and strategies to design and lead conversations that build trust, clarity, and momentum.

What You’ll Experience
Over the course of the program, you’ll build the skills to design and lead sessions that make thinking visible, foster psychological safety, and turn insight into aligned action. Through guided learning and hands-on practice, you’ll experience the full facilitation arc of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, including five different build models. Grounded in ICF core competencies and best practices in intentional session design, this program prepares facilitators to lead with clear purpose and structure, so your sessions hold up in real, complex situations.
Program Learning Objectives:
Design sessions using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method to unlock clarity, reflection, and collaboration.
Articulate how structured play transforms complex challenges into visible insights and problem-solving dialogue.
Explain the history and science that underpins the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method and how it unlocks creative problem-solving and improved communication.
Facilitate sessions that include individual, shared, and systems builds.
Leverage a coaching approach to help others navigate uncertainty and move from resistance to engagement.
What You’ll Walk Away With:
Certification in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method - A hands-on toolkit to uncover resistance, surface unspoken dynamics, and design inclusive conversations.
Backward Planning for Change Design - A repeatable method for designing workshops and meetings that align strategic goals with team needs and real-world challenges.
Change Resilience Facilitation Frameworks - Practical tools to lead action-oriented, human-centered dialogue that builds trust and accountability.
14 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) Credits - The International Coach Federation recognizes HELM365 as a CCE Provider. This program has been approved for 14 CCE hours: Core Competencies (9) and Resource Development (5).
Who Should Attend
This program is designed for leaders and practitioners who sit at the intersection of strategy, people, and execution. Coaches, facilitators, HRBPs, People & Culture leaders, L&D managers, and team leaders who are often the ones others turn to when work feels messy, unclear, or stuck.
You see the impact of change fatigue up close — initiatives stall, teams disengage, and conversations meant to create clarity often add confusion instead. You’re here because you’re looking for practical, human-centered tools that surface what’s really getting in the way, improve how people communicate, and help teams move forward with intention and momentum.
You’ll fit right in if you:
Are curious and like trying new methodologies to support the development of others.
Love geeking out with others over communication improvement tools.
Enjoy facilitating conversations that build trust, ownership, and alignment.
