Using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, participants learn how to translate abstract challenges into tangible models that, sparking reflection, insight, and dialogue that lead to real transformation. Over the course of the program, you’ll learn how to design and lead sessions that make thinking visible, build psychological safety, and spark the kind of reflective dialogue that drives real transformation.

What You’ll Experience

Grounded in the HELM365 Change Resilience™ framework and aligned with ICF core competencies, this training weaves together the science of change, the art of coaching, and the structure of play.

Through guided learning and hands-on practicum, participants will experience the full facilitation arc, from mastering the core LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® principles to integrating them with coaching tools and behavioral science. You’ll leave with the mindset, structure, and skills to help people move from resistance to engagement, and from insight to aligned action.
