  • Step 1 |  Diagnostic & Discovery
    Through a set of comprehensive diagnostic tools, zero in on your  strengths, weaknesses, derailers, values, and motivators so that you can get empowered and take your career to the next level.

  • Step 2 | Goal Setting and Action Planning
    Set a powerful 6-12 month vision for your development and design the goals and actions you are going to take to achieve these goals, identifying key obstacles and ways to overcome them.
  • Step 3| Experiment
    Experimentation is critical to growth and developing success strategies that will enable the change you want to see in your personal & professional life. Together we will design thoughtful experiments to try out new skills and behaviors as you make your way towards your goals.

  • Step 4 | Hone
    Honing means learning from  your experiments so that you develop new skills and behaviors to be successful. Together we will refine and distill what you are learning so  that your new habits feel authentic and relevant, and stick for the long term.

  • Step 5 | Empower

    Get insights so that you can pinpoint where you are thriving and where you need to make critical changes. Diagnostic Assessment(s) reveal your strengths, weaknesses, derailers, motivators, and values. Diagnostics provided vary based on your individual needs and will be determined during the intake process. Options include: Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, Strengths Finder, VIA Strengths, and Positive Intelligence.

  • Live Debrief

    The first 1:1 session kicks off your coaching journey during your which Rach reviews your assessment results, support you in unpacking the insights and starts supporting you in creating your vision and goals for the next 6-12 months.

  • 1:1 Coaching Sessions Sessions

    11, 55-minute coaching sessions with Rach that leverage thought-provoking questions, reflection, and dialogue, enabling you to work through challenges and chart new approaches to your most critical goals.

  • Bi-Weekly Emailed Coaching Questions

    Thought-provoking reflection questions enable you to develop deeper self-awareness and understanding of the challenges that are holding you back.

  • Email & Text Based Support

Q: How Do Coaching Sessions Work?

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client that is dialogue based and leverages the use of targeted questions and creative thinking approaches to facilitate change in order to support you in increasing your confidence and empowerment as you make progress towards your goals. Coaching sessions can be 1:1 or in a group format. During live coaching sessions and between session activities, you are able to unlock your strengths, break through roadblocks, and hone new skills in a safe and supportive environment. Coaching is about asking, never about telling because your path and goals are unique. Your coach will be there to ask you questions that are beyond your personal reach and support you as you sort through key information and find your way forward.

Q: I have a therapist, can I work with a coach?

Absolutely! Coaching and therapy partner well together as longer as there is clarity in what you are working on in each space. It is important to be clear that coaching is NOT a substitute for therapy. One difference is coaches meet clients in the present moment and focus on the future. We clarify goals, identify obstacles, and create action plans. Coaches focus on how to reach a goal. Our process is oriented towards action and results. Therapists utilize a framework that is based on pathology and illness. Another difference is that therapists manage mental illnesses and diagnoses, coaches do not. Coaches are not medical or healthcare professionals. We don’t have the credentials or accreditation to provide mental healthcare. This is not an exhaustive list

Q: How is confidentiality managed?

What you say in coaching sessions stays in coaching sessions.

Your ability to trust your coach is paramount to the coaching process and thus, we take every precaution to safeguard your confidentiality. Any personal information you share is stored behind secured logins. As ICF Credentialed Coaches, we are ethically bound by a code of conduct and ethics.
